Deep targeted sequencing
A panel of 441 cancer-relevant genes (1.5 Mb) for detecting SNVs, indels, gene fusions and splice variants at high coverage depth.
Multi-omics Liquid Biopsy · Early Access
The next generation of liquid biopsy from OncoDNA. It combines analysis of 441 cancer-associated genes with low-pass whole-genome sequencing (LP-WGS), which enables genome-wide assessment of DNA copy-number variations, and advanced analysis of circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) fragments. The results are integrated into a single composite molecular score that helps detect disease relapse, determine its origin and select appropriate treatment. All without the need for a prior tissue biopsy.
OncoXPLORE® is an innovative multi-omics liquid biopsy test. It requires neither a prior tissue biopsy nor an individualised panel. From a single blood draw, it obtains three parallel molecular layers and combines them into a unified diagnostic score.
For laboratories, clinics and biopharma partners, this means one test for several clinical questions at once: from detection of minimal residual disease (MRD) and identification of the primary tumour to selection of targeted therapy.
A panel of 441 cancer-relevant genes (1.5 Mb) for detecting SNVs, indels, gene fusions and splice variants at high coverage depth.
Low-pass WGS for genome-wide profiling of copy-number variations, giving a picture of the tumour's structural stability.
Low-pass WGS analysing ctDNA fragmentation patterns, which provide a signature of the tumour's origin and biological behaviour.
Detection of residual disease after treatment, without the need to sequence the primary tumour first.
Determining the tumour's tissue of origin from blood by combining the mutation profile, CNVs and fragmentomics, with 88.7% accuracy.
Identification of actionable variants and resistance markers for precision therapy in advanced solid tumours.
Non-Specific Alarm Symptoms: triage of patients with non-specific symptoms for early decisions on further investigations.
OncoXPLORE® is undergoing Phase 3 clinical validation within the OncNGS consortium, a European research programme that links academic and clinical centres. The platform was developed by OncoDNA in collaboration with the Belgian university KU Leuven and is certified as an in vitro diagnostic medical device (CE-IVD) at the level of the parent organisation. Data processing complies with the GDPR and European personal data protection regulations.
