Kits tailored to the application
Each kit is tuned to a specific use: microbial genomes, agriculture, single-cell methods, WGS. No one-size-fits-all compromises.

seqWell is a US manufacturer of plate-based NGS library preparation kits. The kits are built on its proprietary TnX™ transposase, which allows a library to be prepared in a single day with sample normalisation built into the protocol. The kits run in both 96- and 384-well formats, from tens to thousands of samples a month.
seqWell builds kits for laboratories that prepare thousands of sequencing libraries a year. The aim is to eliminate routine pipetting and the normalisation of each sample individually. Every kit is optimised for a specific input type, number of samples and downstream application.
The platform handles short and long reads, low and standard inputs, and both columns and deep-well plates. Two-day protocols are thus shortened to a single day. QC and normalisation steps move to the level of the whole plate, so a technician can process 96 samples as easily as eight.
TnX™ is a new-generation tagmentation transposase. Compared with standard Tn5 enzymes, it delivers more uniform coverage, higher yield and greater library complexity. Combined with a plate-based protocol, it removes the need to normalise individual samples: samples are pooled in balanced proportions directly from the plate.
Each kit is tuned to a specific use: microbial genomes, agriculture, single-cell methods, WGS. No one-size-fits-all compromises.
A traditional two-day protocol is shortened to a single day. Faster time to data and fewer shifts per run.
Normalisation takes place directly on the plate. There is no need to measure every sample on a Qubit or TapeStation before pooling.
The same protocol runs on both 96-well and 384-well plates. Capacity increases fourfold with no change to the SOP and no retraining.
TnX™ delivers more uniform coverage than standard Tn5 enzymes. Fewer dropouts and cleaner downstream analysis.
Fewer standalone pipetting steps and fewer intermediate QC steps. Preparation success rate of 95–99%.
Whole-genome screening runs with tens to thousands of samples: population studies, imputation, ancestry determination.
Bacterial whole-genome sequencing, strain tracking and pathogen surveillance. High sample numbers at a low cost.
Panels for plants and livestock: GBS and WGS for breeding programmes. AgriPrep was developed specifically for this area.
Plasmid verification, amplicon sequencing and genome editing QC. Fast QC runs without lengthy protocols.
Pathogen surveillance with proven repeatability. Protocols used in epidemiological studies during the pandemic.
High-volume library preparation for single-cell methods and antibody development.
We will help you choose a kit based on your application, number of samples and sequencer. Consultations are non-binding and available in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We can also offer evaluation samples.
